Liverpool Hen Party Ideas
Tonnes of Ideas to get you Started!
Take some ideas and inspiration from the experts. We’ve helped to arrange thousands of hen parties, which means we’ve seen a tonne of classic and imaginative ideas from hens all over the UK. From hen do themes, to the essential accessories and costumes, we have lots of tips and advice to get your creative juices flowing. You might also spot an activity or accommodation idea you like, but your own themes, games and hen party get-up will add that extra personal touch for the bride and her hens.
What’s right for your Group?
The sheer number of activities you can choose from can be overwhelming. You can imagine how fun activity could be, but where do you start? Think about your guest list. More often than not, hen parties include a broad age range, especially if you’re inviting mum and Auntie Janice – so make sure you don’t choose to be too extreme. However, 2 or 3 people might quite happily watch and take photos of vigorous activity, provided they can enjoy something a little more relaxed later.
Hen Party Favourite Activities
If you’re looking to get a good mix of activities or fancy being spoilt for choice, here’s a breakdown of some of the most popular hen party activities this year:

A bit of advice...
Sexy – A Hen party is one of those rare occasions where the whole group can be naughty with the excuse that it’s for the bride’s last night of freedom. If you’re looking to do something cheeky, the classic acts include: Burlesque, Devils & Angels, Cheerleaders, Tutus, Air Hostesses and play bunnies. These are definitely guaranteed to give the group a tonnes of laughs to share and lots of attention in town.
Traditional – Armed with your pink sashes, feather boas and decorative willies, you might look to go with some traditional hen party attire: Custom printed T-Shirts with the hen group name or perhaps individual nicknames for the occasion. You could even get some plain Tees for some messy marker pen customization – just like the last day of school!
Personal – Does the bride-to be have a distinct hairstyle, fashion sense or a favourite accessory? Well take note and consider getting the whole group to dress like her as a surprise! Does she have a hobby or job you can buy costumes for? You could even get matching wigs or a custom mask to look like her. Personal touches like these can be very touching for the bride and hilarious for the group and onlookers.
Glamorous – A touch of luxury can be easy to achieve in Liverpool. The dress code is simple: Glamour. Host your event at a luxury apartment for the weekend and book yourself some classy activities, from wine tasting to perfume making or a spa day. A nice touch to bring the whole party theme together is for everyone to wear a matching accessory, or a particular fashion like Kardashian.
Where to stay
Stay Somewhere Perfect
Stay Somewhere Perfect
Liverpool city centre is likely to be where all your chosen activities, bars and restaurants are. There is a tonne of accommodation in the city, but be wary, many places will refuse to book in a group of hens and could work out too expensive for your large group.

Our Guidelines to Liverpool’s City Centre
Make sure before you make your enquiry and then book with us that all the logistics for your Hen night ideas are sorted. By that we mean that you have definite numbers and they have all agreed the budget. It's much easier to add onto your Liverpool hen party than it is to remove people from it.
Liverpool is the 3rd largest City in the UK and is immensely popular with weekend visitors and tourists alike. The earlier you book the better the prices will be and the more central accommodation you are likely to get. This gives your weekend that extra edge and you some piece of mind that all your hen party ideas will come to fruition.
Think about the ages and interests of your group. If you have granny with you then any day time activities you book ideally need to suit all and the wilder side of things can be booked for later on for the younger hens to enjoy! Then of course you will need to come up with some hen party ideas for any underage hens in your party so they can have fun whilst your out at night!
Liverpool is a thriving destination for Hens but this doesn't give you licence to behave in an unacceptable way. All suppliers and clubs have the right to refuse your group entry if you put a foot wrong, so have fun but don't cross the line! Remember hen night ideas can go south very quickly indeed!
Guest Lists for Clubs
As part of every booking we arrange for free for your group to go on one venue's guestlist for one night of your stay. Please be aware that the larger your group the more difficult it might be to get in elsewhere. Our suggestion is to talk to us and we can discuss the best hen party ideas for other clubs or simply split up into smaller groups when entering other clubs, so you avoid any issue.
Not all of activities include meals and you need to think ahead when planning your Liverpool hen party, as large groups can not often pitch up to a restaurant unannounced and guarantee to be seated. So one of our hen night ideas is speak to us during your enquiry and we can arrange bookings with restaurants that will welcome you. It's either that or take aways - Liverpool's kebabs will rival any you have eaten.
Take a camera with you to capture those priceless moments to share with friends. It's a rite of passage for any man or woman and it's a travesty not to have some photos as mementos. Another one of our hen party ideas and an important one is to remember some photos may need to be kept with the bridesmaid though! You can see photos from previous hen parties we've organised with our testimonials!
Stag and Hen Liverpool is based in Liverpool and therefore we can answer any questions you have with up to date information and take away any concerns you might have.
If booking with Stag and Hen Liverpool, a deposit is required to confirm a booking and full payment is required five weeks prior to your actual Liverpool Hen party starting so you must be strict on payment deadlines for all stags and hens, otherwise you risk losing the booking or one person having to stump up the money themselves. One of our hen night ideas though is a series of forfeits to happen on the Liverpool Hen party itself because that tends to quicken payments considerably.
This is not just the last night of freedom for the bride and groom but a night or weekend away that everyone can and should enjoy! Let us help this happen.
